Sunrise Salutations is a balanced morning practice that integrates classic vinyasa flow, functional range mobility, walking mechanics, and breath-informed posture. Each class emphasizes intentional sequencing that strengthens alignment, improves daily movement patterns, and deepens the connection between breath and body.

This practice is designed not only to energize and awaken your morning, but also to support the foundations of stillness and meditation. Through mindful movement and breath awareness, students develop the structure and inner quiet needed for a sustainable long-term meditative practice.

Teaching Schedule @ The Pilates Barre Chico, CA:

Fascia & Flow – Wednesdays 6:00am (75 min)
A yoga-based movement class combining functional mobility and myofascial release. Improve posture, walking mechanics, and breath awareness while restoring balance and ease through guided release work.

Fascia & Flow – Sundays 9:00am (90 min)
A spacious yoga-based practice blending movement, breath, and myofascial release. Includes time for meditation and dharma reflection to support renewal, presence, and deeper body awareness.
