  • Medium paced Vinyasa (Flow) style class.

    (Some experience required, not a beginner class)

9:30am Mon-Wed ‘Yoga FLOW’ *warm (55 mins)

Medium paced Vinyasa style class.

(Some experience suggested)

10:30am Sundays - ‘Yoga FLOW’ *room temp (90mins)

Full Spectrum Vinyasa class where we put it all together often working towards a peak pose or peak flow sequence.
